Your family crest is glazed onto this pint size bone china tankard. You have a choice: we can either glaze the image onto two sides of the tankard, or we can glaze it onto one side and then glaze your personal message onto the opposite side.

• If you have used the search facility and found more than one family crest for the surname, tell us your preference by typing the country's name in brackets in the text box.
• If you want a personal message glazed onto one side of the tankard, type the wording in the second text box. If you leave this blank we will glaze the coat of arms on both sides of the tankard.
• Click on the 'Order' button, this will take you to our shopping cart where you tell us your name and address, then on to our bank's website where you arrange payment.
