Privacy:
We will not share your personal details with anyone. If you place your order at the website we do not get to see your card details. If you prefer to place your order by telephone your card details are shredded as soon as payment has been taken. Your name and address is held in our shopping cart for 8 weeks at which time it is automatically erased.
Delivery:
Prints are sent out either on the same day we receive your order or the next working day. Bone china items are made to order and are normally dispatched on the third working day. Occasionally the firing will not be perfect, in which case we make another one which takes longer. Should that happen we will let you know there will be a delay. We use Royal Mail’s first class post.
Refunds:
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund – this does not apply to digital images which cannot of course be returned!
